We are inviting you to participate in an Egyptian tour lead by Dr. Elena Pischikova and Katherine Blakeney. We are offering a Late Period oriented archaeological tour Egyptian Renaissance: Monuments and Archaeology of the 1st millennium B.C.
The tour will cover the monuments of Giza, Saqqara, Cairo Museum, Amarna, Beni Hassan, Abydos, Thebes, and Aswan. Emphasis will be made on the less known Late Period monuments of each site. At the same time we will visit numerous monuments of earlier periods and explore their influential power on the art of the 1st millennium BC. One of the goals of the tour is to visit a number of Late Period archeological sites and explore them with their field directors. If you are interested in participating enquire at elenapischikova@southasasif.com
